Shipping Policy



Be advised: We currently only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, & Canada.

All comic book packages are packed in tissue paper, bubble mailer and then placed in a mailer box.

Packages are securely packed to prevent any damages during transit, however we are aware that this does happen from time to time. 

We ship via USPS Standard and Priority (chosen during checkout). However, we may use UPS or FedEx as means of shipping for oversized orders.

Orders containing over $100 worth of merchandise must be insured.

      We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

      Please follow your tracking info and communicate with USPS as needed. 

     Insuring your packages so any future claims can be filed due to a situation such as this one may be a good option.

  • Orders of IN STOCK items are usually shipped out within 2-4 business days. However, due to COVID19 and it's impact on the world we may require an additional 1-2 business days to process orders.


  • Pre-Order items ship once they've become available and all titles in your order are ready for shipment. 

  • Delivery time is 2-10 business days depending on location and method of shipment. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy


  • Returns must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • All returns are subject to inspection.

  • We will not accept returns without notice after 24 hours.

  • Customer has 5 business days to postmark the item back to us.

  • Item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, undamaged.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged.


  • We will issue a refund following inspection of item and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to show in your account. 


  • At this time we do NOT offer exchanges. 

Delays  Policy



  • From time to time our distributor may change the release date of a product at the very last minute and give us little to zero notice. We will do our best to notify you of these delays and move forward accordingly.

  • Products "release date" will be updated under product page for reference.

  • If you have pre-ordered a delayed title, you will be emailed with options to either wait for its arrival or be issued a refund.

Distributor Damages Delay Policy



  • Because we receive a large number of books every week, we may sometimes get books with damages in the boxes. When this happens we do our best to notify those who have pre-ordered those titles in a speedy manner. We always put in for replacements of these titles but those wait times can vary. We offer the ability to wait for those replacements or be issued  refunds for those titles within a pre-order.

  • Customers also have the option of receiving these books at their discretion. We will give you the option of receiving these books if their damage is very minor (like corner rubs or spine ticks). Should you choose to proceed with your order, these books will be shipped accordingly.
